The "Jazzmin" cocktail was created to celebrate the opening of theJazzmin bar. Its base is Absolut Elyx, a luxurious vodka with a richhistory, made from winter wheat grown on a Swedish farm that hasbeen in operation since 1408. The fruity notes of the cocktail areperfectly complemented by a premium cherry blossom tonic, addingfreshness and a unique flavor.
FRENCH 75
The name of the sparkling cocktail "French 75" comes fromthe French 75mm field gun, which was known for its powerand precision. The cocktail was given this name because itseffect was compared to the strength of this cannon. It wasa favorite drink in many prestigious bars, including thefamous Stork Club in New York.

Inspired by the Vieux Carré cocktail, named after the iconic French Quarter in New Orleans, thisdrink perfectly embodies the bittersweet harmony of life—much like the improvisational spirit ofjazz. The bold base of Martell VS cognac is enriched with the herbal complexity of Martini Rossoand Campari, while a splash of red wine adds depth and warmth.
