Kyren’s journey into the kitchen began with a spark of curiosity that quickly grew into a lifelong passion.
He started his career at the iconic Claridge’s in London and has built over 10 years of experience across high-end restaurants and fast-paced kitchens, including leadership roles as Head and Executive Chef. Throughout his career, he has opened new restaurant concepts, led teams, and created menus focused on quality, precision, and consistency.
Today, Kyren is the Head Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Brno and Jazzmin Bar & Dining, where he brings his international experience and modern approach to gastronomy.
His cooking is natural and instinctive—honest, expressive, and rooted in a deep respect for ingredients. He embraces seasonality, sustainability, and a zero-waste philosophy where every detail matters.
